DESCRIPTION:AI has the potential to improve the quality and efficiency of e
 valuations. It has significant value in its analytical capabilities\, give
 n the increased focus on evidence-based and data-driven decision making\, 
 and the role of data as the engine of AI.  \n\nThis webinar shares detail
 s on a recently conducted joint study on the use of artificial intelligenc
 e in climate change evaluations. The study explores the potential of AI\, 
 assesses risks and opportunities\, and provides insights into future appli
 cations in climate change evaluations.  \n\nThis is part of the new Clima
 te Finance Evidence Series which explores key climate finance topics emerg
 ing from evaluations conducted by the four major climate funds as part of 
 a broader effort in stronger collaboration and knowledge sharing between t
 he funds to enhance access to and impact of climate finance.  \n\nThe ser
 ies is co-organized by the evaluation units of the four funds: the Techni
 cal Evaluation Reference Group of the Adaptation Fund (AF-TERG)\, the Clim
 ate Investment Fund’s Evaluation &amp\; Learning Initiative (CIF E&amp\;
 L)\, the Global Environmental Facility’s Independent Evaluation Office (
 GEF-IEO)\, and Green Climate Fund’s Independent Evaluation Unit (GCF-IEU
