Evaluation Management Action Trackers
Management action trackers document how the Adaptation Fund responds to evaluation recommendations and supports the systematic follow-up of evaluation findings. After each evaluation, management provides a formal response outlining agreed actions, responsible units, and timelines for implementation. These commitments are compiled and monitored through management action trackers. The trackers provide a transparent overview of progress, highlighting completed actions, ongoing efforts, and any delays or challenges. By making this information accessible, they strengthen accountability to the Board and stakeholders, while also supporting institutional learning and adaptive management.
In line with the Evaluation Policy, management action trackers help ensure that evaluation evidence is actively used—closing the loop between evaluation, decision-making, and improved performance across the Fund.
