Devex analyzed the largest multilateral and bilateral international climate funds, including the Adaptation Fund. The finding was that funding for projects that help the world’s most climate-vulnerable countries adapt to climate change is increasing substantially, but remains noticeably under pledged levels and is lagging behind the mitigation project funding.
