Welcome to the E-training Course on Innovation Small Grants of the Adaptation Fund!
This Adaptation Fund E-training provides an overview of innovation and guidance on how to complete the application form for the Adaptation Fund innovation small grants. It is a self-paced course that is freely available to all implementing entities and relevant stakeholders interested in learning more about innovation under the Adaptation Fund, and how to develop an innovation small grant proposal with the Fund.
The E-training is organized into 2 modules, each with a guided learning narration, case studies, and learning reviews. Each module requires approximately 15 minutes to complete. Kindly note that there is a narration also available in Spanish and French.
Training Module 1: Innovation
Module 1 covers innovation, its definition and pathways.
In this module you will learn how to:
- Describe innovation
- know the stages of innovation
- Understand the first steps in designing an innovation small grant proposal
It will take approximately 12 minutes to complete.
Training Module 2: Innovation Small Grant Applications
Module 2 provides details and case studies on how to complete the innovation small grants application.
In this module you will learn how to:
- Develop a strong application for the innovation small grants
- Approach each part of the application form
It will take approximately 17 minutes to complete.
