Having considered the recommendations of the Accreditation Panel as contained in document AFB/B.16/4, paragraphs 16 and 17 and the conclusions contained in Annex III, the Adaptation Fund Board  decided to accredit the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as a Multilateral Implementing Entity.
