The Board decided to appoint Mr. Boubacar Sidiki Dembele (Mali, Non-Annex I Parties) and Ms. Su-Lin Garbett-Shiels (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Annex I Parties) as alternate members of the Board.
