Following a discussion, the Board decided:

(a) To hold its eleventh meeting in Bonn, 15 to 17 September 2010; and

(b) To hold its twelfth meeting in Cancun, Mexico, 13 to 15 December 2010, back-toback with the sixth Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol.
