Having considered the recommendation of the EFC the Board decided to approve the secretariat’s proposed amendment to the fiscal year 2012 (FY12) budget, adding the amounts of US $118,241 to cover the cross support provided by the GEF secretariat in fiscal year 2011 (FY11) that was not charged during that year; and US $50,000 to properly reflect the payment to the consultant that prepared the secretariat and trustee performance reviews.
