During the closed session of the Board, the Board decided to approve the CER Inaugural Sale Plan of the invited Trustee, on the understanding that the invited Trustee would have the latitude to decide on the size and timing of the inaugural transaction, within the limits discussed during the closed session, and to approve the CER Monetization Program Guidelines contained in Annex IV to the present report.
