Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Ethics and  Finance Committee, the Adaptation Fund Board  decided to approve the draft  code of conduct as amended by the Ethics and Finance Committee. The Code of Conduct for the Adaptation Fund Board, as amended, is contained in annex V to the present report.
