Following the discussion, the Board decided to: 

(a) Authorize the Chair and Vice-Chair of the PPRC to be involved in the improvement of the technical review criteria and the project cycle to facilitate the review of the operational policies and guidelines, and to carry out a single visit to the offices of the secretariat, it they considered that necessary; and

(b) Approve an allocation of US $7,000 in the Adaptation Fund Board and secretariat fiscal year 2011 budget, from Travel Component, budget line for Board Meetings, to cover the expenses related to the Vice-Chair visit.
