The Chair reminded the Board that it had agreed to hold a meeting from 15 to 17 December 2008, back-to-back with the fourth Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol. The Board decided to hold its fourth meeting on those dates in Bonn at the seat of the UNFCCC.
