At a subsequent session, the Board considered a revised text of Draft Strategic Priorities, Policies and Guidelines and approved the text as orally amended, and as contained in Annex V to the present report. The Board decided to forward the draft strategic priorities, policies and guidelines, as contained in the approved document, to the fourth Conference of Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol.
