Having considered the recommendation of the Ethics and Finance Committee, the Board decided  to request the trustee to proceed with implementing a procedure to facilitate private donations by credit or debit card, including selecting payment service provider in accordance with the  trustee‟s policies and procedures; and that the trustee work with the secretariat to implement that option.
