Accreditation Panel in the approved budget for the fiscal year 2012, decided that up to four field visits  could be  made  by the Accreditation Panel during  that  fiscal year without  the need to further refer the issue to the Board for its approval, provided that the Panel was unanimous on the need to make such a field visit and informed the Board accordingly.
