The Board, having considered the conclusions drawn by the Accreditation Panel on applicant NIE 1 and following the recommendation of the Accreditation Panel, decided that it is not in a position to accredit the applicant. The Board further  instructed the secretariat to communicate the conclusions as contained in Annex IV to the present report to the applicant and to inform the applicant that further information from the Accreditation Panel can be made available upon request.
