The Board, having considered the conclusions drawn by the Accreditation Panel on applicant NIE 2 and following the recommendation of the Accreditation Panel, decided that it is not in a position to accredit the applicant. The Board further  instructed the secretariat to communicate the conclusions as contained in Annex V to the present report to the applicant and to inform the applicant that further information from the Accreditation Panel can be made available upon request.
