During a closed session the Board  decided not to accredit NIE 1; and to instruct  the secretariat to communicate the Accreditation Panel‟s observations, as contained in Annex II of the  Accreditation Panel report to the applicant, and to work with the designated authority to identify a potential NIE that would meet the Fiduciary Standards of the Board.
