During the closed meeting the Board, having considered the conclusions drawn by and recommendation of the Accreditation Panel on the application of NIE 1 decided that it was not in a position to accredit the applicant. The Board further decided to instruct the secretariat to communicate the Accreditation Panel conclusions as contained in Annex II to the present report to the applicant and offer further assistance in order to identify an institution in the country that meets the fiduciary standards.
