Having considered the comments and recommendations of the Project and Programme Review Committee, the Adaptation Fund Board decided to:

(a) Approve the fully-developed programme document (AFB/NIE/Coastal/2010/1), as supplemented by the clarification responses provided by the Centre de Suivi Ecologique (CSE) to the requests made during the technical review, and the additional information provided to the Project and 

Programme Review Committee at its second meeting; and 

(b) Authorize the secretariat to organize a signing ceremony for signature of the memorandum of understanding between the Adaptation Fund Board and the CSE for the implementation of the programme.
