On the understanding that the Board would reconsider, inter-sessionally, a revised budget, containing costs for a fourth meeting of the Board, no later that than October 15 2008, and that the Board would be advised by October 5 2008 of any difficulties encountered in receiving the pledged amounts, the Board decided to adopt the revised budget, as contained in Annex VI to the present report.
