Following a discussion of the terms of reference, the Board decided to adopt the Terms of Reference for the Establishment of the Adaptation Fund Board Accreditation Panel,  as orally amended. The  Terms of Reference for the Establishment of the Adaptation Fund Board Accreditation Panel, as orally amended, are contained in Annex IV to the present report.
